  • Remote Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, and external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on most products
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email after dispatch

6. Packaging & Safety (Important for Electronics)

However, customers are advised to:

  • Record an unboxing video
  • Check the product immediately after delivery

7. Damaged / Non-Working Product

If you receive:

  • Damaged product
  • Non-functional device

You must:

  • Inform within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video + product images

We will arrange:

  • Replacement/resolution on priority

8. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide correct shipping details
  • An incorrect address may lead to:
