At Skimmylo, we aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience.
While we always strive to deliver the highest quality products, we understand that occasionally things may not go as expected.

At the same time, as a responsible and sustainable brand, we are committed to reducing unnecessary carbon emissions caused by returns. This helps us keep our products accessible at reasonable prices while maintaining quality standards.

What’s Eligible for Replacement

We currently offer replacement (not return) only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the order

Important Conditions

To process any request, the following is mandatory:

  • Unboxing video (clearly showing package opening)
  • Packaging must not be tampered before recording
  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

 No request will be accepted without an unboxing video

Damaged / Defective Product

While we maintain strict quality checks, in rare cases if you receive a damaged or defective item:

Please share:

  • Clear images of the defect
  • Unboxing video
  • Order details

Once verified, we will:

  • Prioritize your request
  • Arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

Please share:

  • Image of invoice (with Order ID visible)
  • Images of the product received
  • Unboxing video

After verification:

  • We will dispatch the correct product
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable)

Missing Item

If any item is missing from your order:

Please provide:

  • Invoice image
  • Product images received
  • Unboxing video

We will resolve the issue on priority after verification.

Exchange / Replacement Process

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 1–2 working days (if serviceable)
  • The product will undergo a quality check at our fulfilment centre
  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched

If pickup is not available:

  • You may need to self-ship the product

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds
  • We do not allow size-based exchanges

In rare approved cases (if applicable):

  • Refunds may be processed after inspection
  • Timeline: within 7 working days after approval

 

Shipping Charges (If Applicable)

  • A return shipping fee of ₹200 may be applicable in certain cases
  • This will be communicated before processing

Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered
  • Claims without proper proof (images + unboxing video) will be rejected
  • Packaging must be intact in the unboxing video
